American Potato Salad

Ingredients
6-7 | small red potatoes | cooked whole with skins on (~10 minutes) | |
3 | eggs | hard boiled | |
1/2 | small onion | chopped | |
1/2 | celery stalk | chopped | |
2 | sweet pickles | chopped | |
1 | tsp | salt | |
3 | Tbsp | mayonnaise | |
1 | tsp | spicy brown mustard |
Directions
Cube potatoes, coarsely chop eggs, and mix with remaining ingredients.
Notes
Tastes best if refrigerated overnight or at least several hours before serving.
