Bacon Cheddar Chicken
Ingredients
4 | chicken breasts | ||
1/2 | cup | flour | |
1 | tsp | salt | |
1 | tsp | pepper | |
1 | cup | bacon | crumbled |
1 | cup | cheddar cheese | grated |
dash | worcestershire sauce |
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and pepper and coat chicken. Sauté in oil about 5 minutes each side (add a dash of worcestershire to each piece while cooking). Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese on all piecese. Cover with bacon. Top with the remaining cheese. Cover and cook on low heat about ten minutes loner or until the cheese melts.
