Ingredients

16 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 oz bleu cheese
1 small onion grated
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz beer room temperature

Directions

Mix in food processor and refrigerate for 3 days.
