Candied Pecans

Ingredients
1 | egg white | |
1 | Tbsp | water |
1 | cup | sugar |
1 | tsp | cinnamon |
1 | tsp | salt |
1 | lb | pecans |
Directions
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In large mixing bowl, mix together egg white and water. Beat with fork until frothy.
Pour in pecans and stir until well coated.
Mix together cinnamon sugar and salt in a gallon ziplock bag.
Pour pecans into ziplock bag with sugar mixture. Shake until well coated.
Place on a buttered jelly roll pan and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
