Ingredients

Cake

24 oz cream cheese room temperature
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
graham cracker crumbs
butter

Topping

2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat over to 350 °F.

  1. Cream cream cheese
  2. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks then gently fold in sugar.
  3. Add vanilla extract then combine with cream cheese.
  4. Butter a spring form pan then dust with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Pour filling into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix topping ingredients together.
  7. Spread topping over cake and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Best if chilled for several hours before serving.
