Ingredients
Cake
| 24 | oz | cream cheese | room temperature |
| 4 | egg whites | ||
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla extract | |
| graham cracker crumbs | |||
| butter |
Topping
| 2 | cups | sour cream |
| 2 | Tbsp | sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp | vanilla extract |
Directions
Preheat over to 350 °F.
- Cream cream cheese
- Beat egg whites to stiff peaks then gently fold in sugar.
- Add vanilla extract then combine with cream cheese.
- Butter a spring form pan then dust with graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour filling into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Mix topping ingredients together.
- Spread topping over cake and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Best if chilled for several hours before serving.
