Chinese New Year’s Cookies
Ingredients
12 | oz | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
6 | oz | butterscotch morsels |
1 | cup | peanuts |
1 | can | Chinese noodles |
Directions
Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a double boiler. Add peanuts and noodles. Drop by teaspoons on wax paper. Cool and store.
Notes
Do not use equal amounts of chocolate and butterscotch.
