Corn Spoon Bread

Ingredients
| 2 | eggs | slightly beaten | |
| 8.5 | oz | corn muffin mix | |
| 8 | oz | cream style corn | |
| 8 | oz | whole kernel corn | drained |
| 1 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | melted |
| 4 | oz | Swiss cheese | (optional) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Spread in 11"×7"×1¾" baking dish or comparable size. Bake at 350 °F for 35 minutes. Add Swiss cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
