Corn Spoon Bread

Ingredients

2 eggs slightly beaten
8.5 oz corn muffin mix
8 oz cream style corn
8 oz whole kernel corn drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter melted
4 oz Swiss cheese (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Spread in 11"×7"×1¾" baking dish or comparable size. Bake at 350 °F for 35 minutes. Add Swiss cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
