Cranberry Scones

Ingredients
2 | cups | all-purpose flour | |
1/2 | cup | granulated sugar | |
2 | tsp | baking powder | |
1/2 | tsp | salt | |
1 | cup | cranberries | if frozen, thawed |
1/2 | cup | butter | melted |
1/2 | cup | milk | |
2 | eggs | ||
1 | Tbsp | milk |
Directions
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently stir in cranberries.
- Whisk together butter, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 egg; add to flour mixture.
- Drop dough in 1/3 cupfuls onto baking sheet.
- Whisk together remaining egg and 1 Tbsp milk then brush tops of dough.
- Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cinnamon
Remove cranberries.
