Ingredients
| 1 | can | condensed milk |
| 1 | can | evaporated milk |
| 4 | oz | cream cheese |
| 8 | eggs | |
| sugar |
Instructions
Mix everything together by hand with a couple tablespoons of sugar. Using an electric mixer will incorporate too many air bubbles which affects the texture. Prepare caramel. Pour caramel into the mold trying to spread it on the sides and bottom. Pour mixture into mold. Bake in a water bath for 1 hour at 345 °F.
