Hot Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup dry mustard
2 Tbsp peanut oil
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions

Mix mustard and oil in a small bowl. Gradually add 2 Tbsp of water stirring constantly to form a smooth paste. Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a wok; gradually add 1/2 cup of water and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the moisture thickens. Gradually stir into mustard mixture until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve at room temperature.
