Hot Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 | cup | dry mustard |
2 | Tbsp | peanut oil |
2 | Tbsp | water |
1/4 | cup | sugar |
1 | Tbsp | cornstarch |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
1/2 | cup | water |
1/4 | cup | white vinegar |
Directions
Mix mustard and oil in a small bowl. Gradually add 2 Tbsp of water stirring constantly to form a smooth paste. Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a wok; gradually add 1/2 cup of water and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the moisture thickens. Gradually stir into mustard mixture until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve at room temperature.
