Ingredients
1 | lb | hamburger | |
1/2 | lb | pork sausage | |
1 | egg | ||
1/2 | cup | milk | |
1 | Tbsp | dried parsely | |
1/2 | Tbsp | dried onion | |
1 | tsp | salt | |
1/2 | tsp | pepper | |
1 | cup | bread crumbs | about 4 slices |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Bake in a casserole (roughly 8"x8") for 1 hour at 350 °F.
