Megan’s Triple Threat Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups | butter | |
| 1 | cup | white sugar | |
| 1 | cup | brown sugar | loosely packed |
| 2 | eggs | ||
| 1/4 | cup | molasses | |
| 3 | cups | flour | |
| 1 | Tbsp | ground ginger | |
| 4 | tsp | baking soda | |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | cinnamon | |
| 1 | tsp | cloves | |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | salt | |
| 2 | tsp | fresh ginger | grated |
| 3/4 | cup | crystalized ginger | finely chopped |
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars together.
- Add in the eggs and molasses and beat until smooth.
- Add in spices except crystalized ginger.
- Mix together the salt, baking soda, and flour.
- Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet until fully incorporated.
- Gently mix in the crystalized ginger.
- Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls then roll in sugar.
- Bake at 350 °F for 12-14 minutes. They should be cracked on top.
