Pancakes

Ingredients
1 | cup | all-purpose flour | |
2 | Tbsp | sugar | |
2 | Tbsp | baking powder | |
1/2 | tsp | salt | |
1/4 | tsp | cinnamon | |
1 | egg | beaten | |
1 | cup | milk | |
2 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
Directions
horoughly stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine egg, milk, and cooking oil; add all at once to the dry ingredients. Beat just until blended.
Pour batter onto hot griddle (water droplets should skittle around). Flip when the edges have set bubbles.
