Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp peanut oil
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 4 tsp cold water

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture, stirring until clear and slightly thickened.
