Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

1 onion chopped
3 Tbsp oil
18 oz tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
2 cups water
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

Sauté onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
