Meat Balls

Ingredients

3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs approx 4 slices
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 Tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Form into 2 inch balls and broil until brown (about 9 minutes), turning when needed. Cook in sauce ½ hour.

Serve with tomato sauce and spaghetti.

Notes

The meat balls freeze very well. If making tomato sauce, the meat balls can be thawed and cooked in the sauce as it simmers.
